Our story
Born from a simple frustration with how hiring is done.
We started Maelie because hiring great remote talent shouldn't take three months, four agencies and a small fortune. It should feel like introducing two friends who were always meant to work together.
Today we partner with companies across 16 industries to staff and manage remote teams — from a single virtual assistant to an entire customer support operation. The work is the same, regardless of size: deeply understand the client, find people who will genuinely thrive, and support both sides for the long term.
